Ginger Fitchett is a dynamic and compassionate voice for this generation — a speaker, personal development coach, nurse, entrepreneur, investor, and author of “Thrive: How to Let Go, Find Purpose, and Flourish When Staying Seems Easier.” She is the host of Get Up Ten podcast and serves as the Education Director for Stop the Movement, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting human trafficking in Tampa Bay and beyond.

As a survivor of domestic violence, Ginger is a fierce advocate for healthy relationships and self-worth. She is deeply committed to helping women dismantle limiting beliefs, break mental barriers, and pursue their God-given purpose with confidence, resilience, and clarity. She believes your best life requires your best self — and that self-awareness, healing, and intentional growth are the foundation.

Her passion for personal development began in college after hearing a life-changing message from Dr. Eric Thomas as a freshman on her basketball team. A painful breakup years later sparked deeper inner work, which led her to pursue self-development with intention. Through community, faith, and discipline, she learned the components of a purposeful life — one that impacts others — and she now teaches women to do the same.

Born and raised just outside New York City, Ginger is a natural go-getter who loves to travel and explore. She currently lives in the Tampa Bay area, enjoys gym mornings despite being a night owl, and is happily soaking in every moment of motherhood with her 5-year-old daughter. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
